U-SHAPED TUBE FIXTURE FOR HEAT EXCHANGING PILE AND HEAT EXCHANGING PILE MOUNTING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide U-shaped tube fixture for a heat exchanging pile in which the pile can be sunk and mounted by a method similar to a general pile mounting method and a heat exchanging tube material is not wound around an outer circumferential surface of a lower pile even if the lower pile is installed through a rotation settlement.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to U-shaped tube fixture 7 for a heat exchanging pile in which a plurality of sets of U-shaped tubes connected at a lower end folded-back part to enable heat exchanging medium to be circulated in a vertical direction are arranged side-by-side and installed at an outer circumference of the pile. The fixture comprises a position setting band 8 that can be fixed at the outer circumference of the pile and U-shaped tube fixing band 9 placed outside the position setting band and mounted to be slidable in a circumferential direction of the pile. U-shaped tubes are mounted to the position setting band fixed to the outer circumference of the pile through U-shaped tube fixing band.
【課題】一般の杭施工と同様の方法で杭体を沈設でき、回転沈下による下杭の設置工法によっても熱交換用管材が下杭の外周面に巻き付いてしまうことのない熱交換杭におけるＵ字型管の固定具を提供する。【解決手段】杭体の外周囲に、熱交換媒体を上下方向で循環できるよう下端の折返部で連続し、杭長手方向に延設したＵ字型管を杭周方向に複数組並べて設置してなる熱交換杭におけるＵ字型管の固定具７であって、杭体の外周囲に固定可能とした位置決めバンド８と、該位置決めバンドの外側にあって杭周方向にスライド可能となるように設置したＵ字型管固定バンド９とからなり、前記Ｕ字型管を、前記杭体の外周囲に固定した前記位置決めバンドに前記Ｕ字型管固定バンドを介して設置する熱交換杭のＵ字型管固定具。【選択図】図４
