CONCEALED DOOR CLOSER SET BETWEEN FRONT FACE AND REAR FACE OF HINGE DOOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door closer which is set in a hinge door, and generates a necessary door closing force.SOLUTION: This door closer has: a reciprocation body (12) which is continuously arranged at a hinge (A), and reciprocates in a horizontal direction accompanied by the opening motion and the closing motion of a door; a first rack (14) attached to the reciprocation body; a rotating shaft (16) which is attached to the door so as to be rotatable, and has a first pinion (18) which is engaged with the first rack; and door-closing energization force accumulation means (23) which is continuously arranged at the rotating shaft, pressed accompanied by the rotation of the rotating shaft accompanied by the reciprocation motion of the first rack, and accumulates a door-closing energization force. The door-closing energization force accumulated in the door-closing energization force accumulation means is transmitted to a hinge via the rotating shaft, the first pinion and the reciprocation body, and the hinge is driven to a door-closing direction.
【課題】ヒンジドア内に設定され必要な閉扉力を生じるドアクローザ。【解決手段】このドアクローザは、ヒンジ（Ａ）に連接されてドアの開動作及び閉動作に伴って水平方向で往復動する往復動体（１２）と、該往復動体に取り付けられた第１ラック（１４）と、 当該ドアに回転可能に取り付けられ、第１ラックに噛合された第１ピニオン（１８）を備える回転シャフト（１６）と、回転シャフトに連接され、第１ラックの往復動に伴う回転シャフトの回転に伴って押圧されてドア閉扉用付勢力を蓄勢する閉扉用付勢力蓄勢手段（２３）とを有する。閉扉用付勢力蓄勢手段に蓄勢された閉扉用付勢力を、回転シャフト、第１ピニオン及び往復動体を介してヒンジに伝達し、ヒンジを閉扉方向に駆動するようにする。【選択図】 図１
