SELECTION METHOD OF MAIN MEMBER OF HIGH-TENSION STEEL GRATING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a high-tension steel grating which maintains the safety and standard strength of a product while utilizing a merit of high-tension steel, is high in production efficiency, is effectively reducible in weight, can be applied to even an assembling grating, is further excellent in price competition performance, and can maximally secure safety at manufacturing.SOLUTION: A grating 5 comprises a main member 1 which is aligned in parallel in an erected state, and bears a load, and one of at least a connecting member 2 and an end part member 3 which are connected to the main member. A raw material of at least the main member 1 is formed of high-tension steel whose allowable stress is not lower than 300 N/mm2, and not higher than 380 N/mm2, and tensile strength is not higher than 850 N/mm2. The grating satisfies two conditions that a yield point of the raw material which satisfies the imparted allowable stress in the range is not smaller than 1.3 times of the allowable stress, and that the tensile strength is not lower than 1.8 times of the allowable stress.
【課題】高張力鋼の長所を活用しながら、製品の安全性と規格強度とを維持し、生産効率が高く、有効に重量軽減を図れ、組工グレーチングにも適用可能で、価格競争力がより高く、かつ、製造上の安全を最大限確保することができる高張力鋼グレーチングの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】立てた状態で平行に並べられ荷重を負担する主部材1と、この主部材に連結される少なくとも連結部材2または端部材3とのいずれかを備えたグレーチング5であって、少なくとも前記主部材1の素材を、許容応力が300N/mm2以上380N/mm2以下で、引張り強さが850N/mm2以下の高張力鋼であって、その範囲内の与えられた許容応力を満足する前記素材の降伏点が前記許容応力の1.3倍以上であり、かつ、引張強さが該許容応力の1.8倍以上という2つの条件を共に満たすものとする。【選択図】図1
