SEISMIC-ISOLATION FOUNDATION STRUCTURE FOR BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismic-isolation foundation structure for buildings, which isolates buildings from seismic tremor by preventing the buildings from shaking and getting damaged during an earthquake.SOLUTION: A seismic-isolation foundation structure 10 for a building comprises: a first foundation 11 which is buried at the bottom part of a foundation hole GH; a second foundation 12, which is placed above the first foundation 11, and on whose top-face a building 50 is constructed; a plurality of first seismic-isolation devices 15, which are installed across the first foundation 11 and the second foundation 12 to reduce seismic forces acting on the first foundation 11 by being laterally displaced; and a plurality of second seismic-isolation devices 20, which are installed across the second foundation 12 and the building 50 to absorb the part of seismic tremor that has propagated from the first foundation 11 to the second foundation 12 by part of them being laterally displaced so that the building 50 is prevented from shaking.
【課題】地震による揺れが発生してもその影響を受けず、建造物の揺れを防止し地震の被害を防止することができる建造物の防震基礎構造を提供する。【解決手段】建造物の防震基礎構造10を、基礎用穴GHの底部に埋設される第1基礎11と、この第1基礎11の上方に配置されると共に上面に建造物50が構築される第2基礎12と、第1基礎11と第2基礎12とにわたって設けられ第1基礎11に作用した地震力を横方向に変位して緩和する複数個の第1の免震装置15と、第2基礎12と建造物50とにわたって設けられ、第1基礎11から第2基礎12に伝播した地震の揺れた分を一部が横方向に変位して吸収し建造物50の揺れを防止する複数個の第2の免震装置20と、を備えて構成した。【選択図】図1
