PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expansion pipe to be used in constructing a scaffold, in a construction site or the like.SOLUTION: A freely expandable/contractable expansion pipe (6) is constructed by slidably fitting an inner pipe (5) into an outer pipe (4). Bolt means (19) is screwed to nut means (18) fixed on the outer pipe (4) so as to be freely movable back and forth; and is constructed so as to have the tip of the bolt means (19) locked in and fixed to the inner pipe (5). The nut means (18) is constructed as a rectangular discal body (22) comprising an end surface part (20) having first width W1 along the axis direction of the outer pipe (4) and a side surface part (21) having second width W2 along a radial direction of the outer pipe (4). The discal body (22) comprises: a joint surface (23) formed so as to recess the top surface of the discal body (22) in a circular arc-shape in the direction of the second width W2; and vanes (24, 24) which are on both sides of the joint surface (23) and extend in the direction of the second width W2, and whose top surfaces are flat surfaces. A vane (24) and an outer peripheral surface of the outer pipe (4) are welded and fixed to each other through a groove part (27) formed between the vane (24) and the outer peripheral surface by making the joint surface (23) be in contact with a circular arc surface of the outer peripheral surface of the outer pipe (4).
【課題】建設現場等において足場を構築する際に使用する伸縮管を提供する。【解決手段】外管(4)に内管(5)を摺動自在に内嵌した伸縮自在な伸縮管(6)を構成し、前記外管(4)に固着したナット手段(18)にボルト手段(19)を進退自在に螺合すると共に、該ボルト手段(19)の先端を前記内管(5)に係止固定するように構成し、前記ナット手段(18)は、前記外管(4)の軸方向に沿う第1幅W1を有する端面部(20)と前記外管(4)の径方向に沿う第2幅W2を有する側面部(21)を備えた矩形の盤状体(22)を構成し、前記盤状体(22)の上面に第2幅W2の方向に向けて円弧状に凹入する接合面(23)を形成すると共に、該接合面(23)の両側に上面を平坦面として第2幅W2の方向に延長された翼部(24,24)を備え、前記接合面(23)を前記外管(4)の外周面の円弧面に当接させ、前記翼部(24)と前記外管(4)の外周面の間に形成される溝部(27)を介して溶接固着されている。【選択図】図7
