PRODUCTION METHOD FOR RECYCLED SLAG AND METHOD FOR USING RECYCLED SLAG
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method by which recycled slag available as a slag-making agent can be produced at a low cost by modifying ladle desulfurization slag.SOLUTION: The production method for recycled slag is provided for modifying slag having a basicity of 1.5 or more and 10 or less, an AlOcontent of 15 mass% or more and 40 mass% or less and a T.Fe content of 10 mass% or less. The production method comprises the steps of: discharging the slag into a slag receiving vessel on the conditions of satisfying the following formula (1) while maintaining a temperature of 1000°C or more; and sprinkling water to the discharged slag having a temperature of 200°C or more so as to satisfy the following conditions (A), (B) and (C). E/M≥2.0 ... (1) (where, E is an area (m) in which the discharged slag is exposed to the atmosphere, and M is the mass (t) of the discharged slag.) (A) an S content in the discharged slag is 0.1 mass% or less. (B) A mass ratio of water deposited on a discharged slag surface layer in the discharged slag is 2 mass% or less. (C) A mass ratio of water hydrated in the discharged slag is 6 mass% or less.
【課題】取鍋脱硫スラグを改質し造滓剤として使用可能なリサイクルスラグを低コストで製造できる製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】塩基度が1.5以上10以下、Al2O3含有量が15質量%以上40質量%以下、T.Fe含有量が10質量%以下のスラグを改質するリサイクルスラグの製造方法であって、1000℃以上の温度を維持しながら下記式(1)を満たす条件でスラグ受け容器にスラグを排出する工程と、下記条件(A)、(B)及び(C)を満たすよう、200℃以上の上記排出スラグに散水処理する工程とを備える。E/M≧2.0 ・・・(1)(上記式(1)中、Eは排出スラグが大気に露出する面積(m2)、Mは排出スラグの質量(t))(A)排出スラグ中のS含有量が0.1質量%以下である。(B)排出スラグ中の排出スラグ表層の付着水の質量割合が2質量%以下である。(C)排出スラグ中の水和している水の質量割合が6質量%以下である。【選択図】なし
