STEEL PIPE CORE MATERIAL FOR FRICTION PILE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe core material used for reinforcing a friction pile such as a soil cement pile and a concrete pile for supporting a structure such as a building on soft ground and the like, by a simple method that can be manufactured even at a construction site with a sufficient surface area.SOLUTION: A steel pipe core material for a friction pile is provided, in which a spiral recession 16 is formed on the surface of a steel pipe core material 10 by press-fitting forming members 12a and 12b having at least one protrusion 14 on the inside thereof and pulling out the steel pipe core material 10 while rotating from the fixed forming members 12a and 12b. By this method, the steel pipe core material can be easily manufactured even by a heavy machine used for installing the friction pile, which is provided originally at a construction site.
【課題】軟弱地盤等において建屋等の構造物を支持するソイルセメント杭やコンクリート杭という摩擦杭の補強用に使用される鋼管芯材について、建設現場でも製造可能な簡単な方法で充分な表面積をもつ鋼管芯材を提供する。【解決手段】内側に少なくとも一つの突起部14を持つ形成部材12aおよび12bを、鋼管芯材10の表面に圧着し、鋼管芯材10を回転させながら固定された形成部材12aおよび12bから鋼管芯材10を引き抜いて鋼管芯材10の表面にらせん状のくぼみ16を形成する。これにより建設現場にもともと備えられている摩擦杭設置用の重機でも容易に製造可能な摩擦杭用の鋼管芯材を提供する。【選択図】図2
