MANUFACTURING METHOD OF STEEL PIPE CORE MATERIAL FOR FRICTION PILE AND STEEL PIPE CORE MATERIAL FOR FRICTION PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe core material which can be manufactured even in a construction site according to a simple method and has an adequate surface area in relation to the steel pipe core material used for reinforcement of a friction pile such as a soil cement pile and a concrete pile which supports a structure of a building or the like in soft ground or the like.SOLUTION: A formation member 12 having at least one protrusion part 14 on the inner side is crimped onto a surface of a steel pipe core material 10 for a friction pile, the steel pipe core material 10 is drawn out from the fixed formation member 12 while rotating the steel pipe core material 10, and a spiral recess 16 is formed on the surface of the steel pipe core material 10. Thereby, a manufacturing method of the steel pipe core material 10 which has an adequate surface area for being bonded with soil cement or the like and can be easily manufactured by a heavy machine for installation of the frictional pile provided on a construction site is provided.
【課題】軟弱地盤等において建屋等の構造物を支持するソイルセメント杭やコンクリート杭という摩擦杭の補強用に使用される鋼管芯材について、建設現場でも製造可能な簡単な方法で充分な表面積をもつ鋼管芯材を提供する。【解決手段】内側に少なくとも一つの突起部14を持つ形成部材12を、摩擦杭用鋼管芯材10の表面に圧着し、鋼管芯材10を回転させながら固定された形成部材12から鋼管芯材10を引き抜いて鋼管芯材10の表面にらせん状のくぼみ16を形成する。これによりソイルセメント等と結合するための充分な表面積をもち、建設現場に備えられている摩擦杭設置用の重機でも容易に製造可能な鋼管芯材10の製造方法を提供する。【選択図】図2
