FOUNDATION BLOCK FOR GUARD FENCE
To provide a foundation block for guard fence that does not deform or fluctuate by improving the connection performance between the foundation blocks of the guard fence, such as a guardrail, and withstanding a collision force that acts on and propagates through the guard fence.SOLUTION: A foundation block 1 comprises a filling block 20 with bolt insertion holes vertically provided in the center, and bolts 30. With a convex part 7 on an other side of one block body 2 contacting a segmental recess part 5 on one side of an other block body 2, the lower end of an U-shaped rod 6 on one side is placed on the upper end face of a semicircular convex part, and is joined with an insert nut on the upper end face facing inward at the top. In the void space where the one side and the other side of the segmental recess part 5 face each other, the lower face of the recess part is placed on the upper end of the U-shaped rod 6. The filling block 20 is fitted with the outer peripheral surface close to the segmental recess part 5. The block bodies 2 at each connection interval L are joined to each other with the bolts 30 inserted into the bolt insertion holes of the filling block 20 screwed to the insert nuts on the upper end face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ガードレール等の防護柵の基礎ブロック同士の連結性能を高め、防護柵に作用して伝播する衝突力に耐えて、変形、変動しない防護柵用の基礎ブロックを提供する。【解決手段】中心部にボルト挿通孔を縦設してなる中詰ブロック20と、ボルト30とからなる基礎ブロック1であり、一方のブロック本体2にある他側の凸部7に他方のブロック本体2にある片側の欠円状凹部5を当接した状態で、半円形凸部の上端面に片側のU字杆6の下端を載置させるとともに、その頂部内方に上端面のインサートナットを臨ませた状態で接合し、他側及び片側の欠円状凹部5が対向した状態の空所に、その下面をU字杆6の上端に載置し、その外周面を欠円状凹部5に近接させた状態で中詰ブロック20を嵌合し、中詰ブロック20のボルト挿通孔に挿入した状態のボルト30を上端面のインサートナットに螺合締結した状態で連結間隔L毎のブロック本体2同士を連結する。【選択図】図1
