PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately estimate a location where a road surface is deteriorated.SOLUTION: A server device 210 has means for changing sensitivity of detection of road surface deterioration depending on an MCI value corresponding to a certain road surface position, when detecting the road surface deterioration associated with the certain road surface position, by accumulation of measurement information evaluation values for respective multiple traveling motions associated with the certain road surface position, which correspond to a traveling road surface position of a vehicle, measured by an acceleration sensor mounted in the vehicle.
【課題】路面が劣化している箇所を精度よく推定する。【解決手段】 サーバ装置２１０であって、車両に搭載された加速度センサにより測定された該車両の走行路面位置に応じた測定情報評価値であって、ある路面位置についての複数回の走行のそれぞれにおける測定情報評価値の累積により前記ある路面位置についての路面劣化を検出する際に、前記ある路面位置に対応するＭＣＩ値に応じて路面劣化の検出感度を変更する手段を有することを特徴とする。【選択図】図１０
