PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ancillary structure capable of freely providing an opening part such as a skylight window, without reducing structural resistance of a ceiling surface, in a small-sized ancillary structure for connecting a building unit.SOLUTION: An ancillary structure 10 is constituted in a rectangular solid shape from four column materials 11, four lower beams 12 and 13 for connecting a lower end part of the column materials in the horizontal direction and four upper beams 14 and 15 for connecting an upper end part of the column materials in the horizontal direction, and is connected-fixed to a member for constituting a vertical surface of a building unit, and in the ancillary structure, opposed two vertical surfaces of a rectangular solid are rigidly joined to the two column materials in one of the upper beams and the lower beams, and its other is connected to the two column materials by a fixture, and the ancillary structure is also provided with an auxiliary beam 17 along the upper beam in the short side direction on a ceiling surface of the rectangular solid, and is provided with a horizontal brace material 18 between the auxiliary beam and a structural member, and the auxiliary beam 17 is connected by oppositely contacting a joining plate 17a fixed to its both end parts with a joining member 15c fixed to the upper beams in the long side direction.
【課題】建物ユニットの連結される小型の付帯構造物において、天井面の構造耐力を低下させることなく、天窓等の開口部を自由に設けることができる付帯構造物を提供する。【解決手段】付帯構造物10は、4本の柱材11と、該柱材の下端部を水平方向に連結する4本の下梁12,13と、柱材の上端部を水平方向に連結する4本の上梁14,15とから直方体状に構成され、建物ユニット1の立面を構成する部材に連結固定されるものであり、付帯構造物では、直方体の対向する2つの立面は、上梁又は下梁の一方が2本の柱材に剛接合され、その他方が固定具により2本の柱材に連結され、付帯構造物は、直方体の天井面に、短辺方向の上梁に沿ってさらに補助梁17を備えると共に、該補助梁と構造部材との間に水平ブレース材18を備え、補助梁17は、その両端部に固着された接合プレート17aを長辺方向の上梁に固着された接合部材15cに対接させて連結される。【選択図】図2
