FLOATING BODY TYPE FLAP GATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating body type flap gate that blocks an overflow to a living space and an underground space in the beginning of inflow, and neither becomes hard to fall even when a water level decreases nor falls abruptly.SOLUTION: There is provided a floating body type flap gate 11 which is installed at an opening part or gateway, and allows a door body 12 to have its tip swung and raised in a direction of flowing-in water (w) around its base end as a fulcrum in a plane in a height direction so as to block the opening part or gateway. A rod 13 is attached to a tip part of the door body 12. A wire rope 14 has one end attached to the rod 13 and the other end attached to a counterweight 20 through fixed pulleys 16, 17. The fixed pulley 16 is so installed that when the tilt angle θ of the door body 12 being raised or fallen down to a horizontal plane reaches 10-80°, the counterweight 20 is at a lowest point. Consequently, an overflow can be prevented in the beginning of inflow. Abrupt falling can be prevented before the falling is completed. Further, a shock at the time of the completion of the falling can be reduced and the water level is excellently followed up in the beginning of the falling.
【課題】流入初期に生活空間や地下空間へ越流せず、水位低下時にも倒伏がし難くなることがなく、かつ急激に倒伏しないようにする。【解決手段】開口部或いは出入口に設置され、水が流入する際、開口部或いは出入口を遮断すべく、流入する水wの方向に高さ方向の平面内で扉体12の先端が基端を支点とする起立揺動可能に構成した浮体式フラップゲート11である。扉体12の先端部にロッド13を取付ける。ワイヤロープ14の一端をロッド13に、他端は定滑車16,17を介してカウンタウエイト20に取付ける。起立又は倒伏途中における扉体12の水平面に対する傾斜角θが10度〜80度になった時にカウンタウエイト20が最下点となるように定滑車16を設置する。【効果】流入初期には越流を防止できる、倒伏完了前には急激な倒伏を防止できる。また、起立完了時の衝撃を緩和でき、倒伏初期には水位ヘの追従性が良くなる。【選択図】図2
