REPAIR METHOD FOR EQUIPMENT FOUNDATION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform wide-range repair of an equipment foundation without removal of existing equipment.SOLUTION: In a repair method for an equipment foundation 10 for supporting equipment 20, core extraction is performed in at least one location in a part of a repair range 31 of a grout layer 12 or foundation concrete 11 of the equipment foundation 10; grout or concrete in the whole repair range 31 is removed by emitting a water jet toward a hole 32 that is formed by the core extraction; and subsequently, new grout or concrete is placed in the repair range 31.
【課題】既存の設備を取り外さずに、設備基礎の広範囲な補修を効率的に行う。【解決手段】設備20を支持する設備基礎10の補修方法であって、設備基礎10のグラウト層12または基礎コンクリート11の補修範囲31の一部に少なくとも一箇所以上のコア抜きを行い、コア抜きで形成された穴32に向けてウォータージェットを噴射して、補修範囲31全体のグラウトまたはコンクリートを取り除き、その後、補修範囲31に、新しいグラウトまたはコンクリートを打設する。【選択図】図2
