METAL HANGER FOR DECK PLATE AND ATTACHMENT METHOD TO DECK PLATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal hanger for a deck plate, which may be easily and rigidly attached onto the deck plate, in which a hanging bolt may be downwardly arranged, and which may provide a desired suspending strength.SOLUTION: A metal hanger for deck plate comprises: a horizontal member 1 having an inverted v shape at front side and being engaged on recessed parts on the deck plate at their both ends; a bar shaped contacting member 2 attached onto the horizontal member 1; and a screw engaging member 3 be screwed into the horizontal member 1. An insertion hole 4 for the bar shaped contacting member 2 is formed at center part of the horizontal member 1. A female screw part 5 into which the screw engaging member 3 is screwed on lower surface of the center part. An elastic member 6 contacting to lower surface of a flange of the deck plate is attached on upper part of the bar shaped contacting member 2. The bar shaped contacting member 2 comprises a locking tool 7 locking the bar shaped contacting member inserted into the insertion hole 4 onto the horizontal member 1 at lower part thereof. A female screw part 10 into which upper edge of a hanger bolt 20 hanging facility, such as ceiling, is screwed is formed on the screw engaging member 3.
【課題】デッキプレートに容易かつ強固に取り付けることができ、吊りボルトを鉛直下向きに設置でき、所望の吊り下げ強度が得られるデッキプレート用ハンガー金具を提供する。【解決手段】正面形状ハの字状をなし、両端がデッキプレートの凹部に係止される横架部材１と、横架部材１に取り付けられる棒状当接部材２と、横架部材１にねじ込まれるねじ嵌合部材３とからなり、横架部材１は、中央部に棒状当接部材２の挿通孔４が形成され、中央部下面にねじ嵌合部材３がねじ込まれる雌ねじ部５が形成され、棒状当接部材２は、上部にデッキプレートのフランジの下面に当接される弾性体６が取り付けられ、下部に挿通孔４内に挿通された棒状当接部材２を横架部材１に係止させる留め具７を有し、ねじ嵌合部材３に、天井等の設備を吊り下げる吊りボルト２０の上端がねじ込まれる雌ねじ部１０が形成されている。【選択図】図１
