DECK PLATE CONNECTING METAL FITTING AND DECK PLATE CONNECTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deck plate connecting metal fitting capable of quickly and efficiently connecting a flange of a H-shape steel and a deck plate without requiring welding work.SOLUTION: A deck plate connecting metal fitting 10A comprises: a first plate 13 extending in the longitudinal direction; a second plate 14 connected to a front end edge 20 of the first plate 13 and extending in the vertical direction; a third plate 15 connected to an upper edge 26 of the second plate 14 and extending in the front and rear direction; a fourth plate 16 connected to a rear end edge 31 of the third plate 15 and extending in the vertical direction; a fitting part 11 fitted into a flange of an H-shaped steel; and a holding part 12 sandwiching the end part of the deck plate placed on the flange of the H-shaped steel. In the deck plate connecting metal fitting 10A, the connecting metal fitting 10A is attached to the flange via the fitting part 11 formed from the first to third plates 13 to 15, the end part of the deck plate is connected to the flange of the H-shaped steel via the sandwiching part 12 formed of the third and fourth plates 15, 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】溶接作業を必要とせず、H形鋼のフランジとデッキプレートとを迅速かつ効率的に連結することができるデッキプレート連結金具を提供する。【解決手段】デッキプレート連結金具10Aは、前後方向へ延びる第1板13と、第1板13の前端縁20につながって上下方向へ延びる第2板14と、第2板14の上端縁26につながって前後方向へ延びる第3板15と、第3板15の後端縁31につながって上下方向へ延びる第4板16とから形成され、H形鋼のフランジに嵌め込む嵌合部11と、H形鋼のフランジに載置されたデッキプレートの端部を挟み込む挟持部12とを有する。デッキプレート連結金具10Aでは、第1〜第3板13〜15から形成された嵌合部11を介して連結金具10Aがフランジに取り付けられ、第3および第4板15,16から形成された挟持部12を介してデッキプレートの端部がH形鋼のフランジに連結される。【選択図】図1
