STEEL PIPE SHEET PILE AND INSTALLATION AUXILIARY IMPLEMENT OF STEEL PIPE SHEET PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe sheet pile which can reduce penetration resistance generated at a joint in the installation of the steel pipe sheet pile.SOLUTION: A steel pipe sheet pile 1 comprises a main pipe 2, joint parts 3, 4 which are fastened to an external peripheral face of the main pipe, and penetration resistance alleviation means 5, 6 which disentangle and soften the ground becoming the resistance of penetration. The joint parts 3, 4 are different from each other in height positions at lower ends. The penetration resistance alleviation means 5, 6 comprise cutting parts 52, 62 including tapered shaped portions which can disentangle and cut sand and soil. Since the penetration resistance alleviation means 5, 6 alleviate the fastening of sand and soil and the pressure-tightness of the sand and soil in the inside and on an external peripheral part of an installed steel pipe sheet pile, and eliminate a penetration failure resulting from pebbles and cobblestones of the ground and a weathered bedrock becoming the penetration resistance, prior to the lower end of the joint part, the penetration resistance of the joint part can be reduced. Furthermore, even if the sand and soil is clogged in the joint of the steel pipe sheet pile which is installed last time, and the pressure-tightness occurs in the joint, since the penetration resistance alleviation means located at the lower end of a joint which is installed this time preferentially disentangles the pressure-fastened and fixed sand and soil in the joint, penetration inability can be avoided.
【課題】鋼管矢板の打設時においてその継手に生じる貫入抵抗を軽減可能な鋼管矢板を提供する。【解決手段】鋼管矢板1は、本管2と、その外周面に固設された継手部3,4と、貫入の抵抗となる地盤を解きほぐして緩める貫入抵抗緩和手段5,6を具備する。継手部3,4は、下端の高さ位置が異なる。貫入抵抗緩和手段5,6は、土砂を解きほぐしたり切り崩すことが可能な先細り形状部分を含むカッティング部52,62を具備する。貫入抵抗緩和手段5,6が、継手部下端に先行して土砂の固結や既打設の鋼管矢板継手内部や外周部の土砂の圧密を解いたり、貫入抵抗となる地盤の礫、玉石、風化した岩盤などからなる貫入障害を解きほぐすので、継手部の貫入抵抗を軽減できる。また、前回打設した鋼管矢板の継手内に土砂が詰まり、その継手内空部で圧密が生じていても、今回打設する継手下端にある貫入抵抗緩和手段が、先行してその継手内で圧密した土砂や固結した土砂を解きほぐすので、貫入不能を回避できる。【選択図】図1
