RULER FOR INSTALLATION OF STEEL PIPE SHEET PILE, INSTALLATION METHOD OF STEEL PIPE SHEET PILE, AND TURNING EXCAVATOR FOR USE IN INSTALLATION METHOD OF STEEL PIPE SHEET PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method of a steel pipe sheet pile which can be applied to the ground or the like in which bedrock and an in-ground concrete construction which is constructed in the past exist.SOLUTION: An installation method of a steel pipe sheet pile includes: a process for building up a first steel pipe sheet pile 10 by using a ruler; a process for piling the first steel pipe sheet pile 10 into bedrock by using a vibration-type piling machine; a process for performing tip-hole drilling by using a down-the-hole hammer; a process for pulling up the first steel pipe sheet pile 10, making a rotating excavator 4 penetrate the steel pipe sheet pile 10, and downwardly setting and fixing a blade of a cutting part 4c of the rotating excavator; a process for pressure-inserting the first steel pipe sheet pile 10 into the bedrock by using the vibration-type excavator while cutting the bedrock by using the rotating excavator 4; a process for upwardly setting an orientation of the blade of the rotating excavator 4 when hole-drilling is completed up to a preset depth, driving the rotating excavator 4 once again, and upwardly excavating the bedrock; a process for removing the rotating excavator 4 from the first steel pipe sheet pile 10 when pulled up from a hole of the bedrock; and a process for placing concrete succeeding to slime treatment.
【課題】岩盤や、過去に構築した地中コンクリート構造物が土中に存在するもの等への適用が可能な鋼管矢板の打設方法を提供する。【解決手段】定規を用いて第1の鋼管矢板10を建て込む工程、振動式杭打機により、第1の鋼管矢板10を岩盤まで打込む工程、ダウンザホールハンマを用いて、先削孔する工程、第1の鋼管矢板10を引き上げ、回転掘削装置4を鋼管矢板10に挿通し、その切削部4cの刃の向きを下向きにセットして固定する工程、回転掘削装置4により岩盤を切削しつつ、振動式杭打機により第1の鋼管矢板10を岩盤内に圧入する工程、予め定められた深さまで削孔が完了すると、回転掘削装置4の刃の向きを上向きにセットして、再び回転掘削装置4を駆動して、上方に掘削し、岩盤の穴から出されると、第1の鋼管矢板10から回転掘削装置4を除去する工程、スライム処理に引き続き、コンクリートを打設する工程を含む。【選択図】図1
