ASEISMIC DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a superior buckling preventive function in which motions of a steel plate in both directions at outside and inside crossing at a right angle with a frame plane without increasing a product size.SOLUTION: This invention relates to an aseismic device 10 in which there are provided with steel plates 11, 12 becoming in parallel with a frame plane within a frame of a building and a viscous resilient body 13 adhered between each of the steel plates 11, 12, and each of the steel plates 11, 12 is alternatively connected to one lateral beam 1A side and the other lateral beam 1B forming the frame. A connecting part between a middle steel plate 11 and the lateral frame member 1A side is provided with each of an outer deformation preventive plate 18 positioned outside the outer-most positioned outer steel plates 12, 12 to restrict motions of the steel plates 12, 12 outwardly and an inner deformation preventive part 17 positioned between the steel plates 11, 12 to restrict an inward motion of the outer steel plate 12.
