To solve the problem in which, since the shake of earthquake is transmitted from a dirt floor to a building as it is, outer walls are damaged when earthquake occurs.SOLUTION: A gap is provided between a dirt floor and a building, and a plate springs are mounted within the gap. When earthquake occurs, since a shake from the dirt floor is reduced by the plate spring provided at the gap and then the shake is transmitted to the building, breakage of an outside and breakage of inside furniture or the like can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
