To solve the problem in which, since the shake of earthquake is transmitted from a dirt floor to a building as it is, outer walls are damaged when earthquake occurs.SOLUTION: A gap is provided between a dirt floor and a building, and a plate springs are mounted within the gap. When earthquake occurs, since a shake from the dirt floor is reduced by the plate spring provided at the gap and then the shake is transmitted to the building, breakage of an outside and breakage of inside furniture or the like can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 地震が起きた時，地震の，ユレ，が，土間からそのまま建物に伝わり，外壁が，破損した。【解決手段】 土間と建物の間に隙間を設け，隙間に板バネを取り付けて，地震が起きた時，土間からの，ユレ，を隙間に設けた板バネによって，ユレ，が弱められてから，建物に伝わる為，外部の破損も，内部の家具などの破損も少なくてすんだ。【選択図】図１
