PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water/water mixing device which performs temperature control and water amount control stably.SOLUTION: A hot water/water mixing device includes: a water temperature sensor provided on a water supply passage for supplying water toward a water discharge part; a water side flow rate adjustment unit for adjusting a water flow rate of the water supply passage; a hot water temperature sensor provided on a hot water supply passage for supplying hot water toward the water discharge part; a hot water side flow rate adjustment unit for adjusting a hot water flow rate in the hot water supply passage; and a control unit for operating the water side flow rate adjustment unit and the hot water side flow rate adjustment unit. In a combination faucet device, by adjusting the water flow rate and the hot water flow rate by the water side flow rate adjustment unit and the hot water side flow rate adjustment unit under the control by the control unit, water discharge temperature and a water discharge flow rate in the water discharge part are adjusted. Each of the water side flow rate adjustment unit and the hot water side flow rate adjustment unit includes a constant flow rate valve in which a flow rate flowing in the downstream side is made to be a predetermined flow rate. The flow rate of the constant flow rate valve is set by the control unit.
