LAMINATED SHEET, FOAMED LAMINATED SHEET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed laminated sheet having all of favorable producibility of a resin composition in forming a foaming agent-containing resin layer, a high expansion ratio without breaking foam of a foam resin layer of a foamed laminated sheet, good strength of the foam resin layer and good scratch resistance as a foamed laminated sheet and a method for producing the same and to provide an original film (laminated sheet) suitable for producing the foamed laminated sheet and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a laminated sheet having at least a foaming agent-containing resin layer on a substrate, wherein (1) the foaming agent-containing resin layer contains a resin component and calcium carbonate, (2) the resin component contains a polyethylene-based resin, (3) the calcium carbonate is treated with a fatty acid, (4) the calcium carbonate has an average particle diameter of 1 to 10 μm and (5) the foaming agent-containing resin layer has a melt volume flow rate of 15 to 30 cm/10 min as measured at 130°C of a resin composition for forming the layer.
【課題】発泡剤含有樹脂層を製膜する際の樹脂組成物の良好な製造効率と、発泡積層シートの発泡樹脂層が破泡することなく高い発泡倍率と、当該発泡樹脂層の良好な強度と、発泡積層シートとしての良好な耐傷性とを全て兼ね備えた発泡積層シート及びその製造方法、並びに、当該発泡積層シートの製造に適した原反（積層シート）及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】基材上に少なくとも発泡剤含有樹脂層を有する積層シートであって、(1) 前記発泡剤含有樹脂層は、樹脂成分及び炭酸カルシウムを含有し、(2) 前記樹脂成分がポリエチレン系樹脂を含み、(3) 前記炭酸カルシウムは、脂肪酸処理されており、(4) 前記炭酸カルシウムの平均粒径が1〜10μmであり、(5) 前記発泡剤含有樹脂層は、当該層を形成するための樹脂組成物の130℃におけるメルトボリュームフローレートが15〜30cm3/10分である、ことを特徴とする、積層シート。【選択図】なし
