RAW MATERIAL FOR PHOSPHATE FERTILIZER AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw material for phosphate fertilizers which has high fertilizer effects, although containing phosphorus in molten iron and iron oxide originated from, e.g. phosphoric acid from steel slag, and its production method.SOLUTION: A raw material for phosphate fertilizers contains CaO, SiO, POand iron oxide (based on Fe) in a total amount of 60 mass% or higher, has a basicity α, in terms of the weight concentration ratio of CaO and SiO, of 0.8-2.0 and includes 5 mass% or higher and (-6α+27α-6) mass% or lower of POand 5-25 mass%, based on Fe, of iron oxide. In the raw material for phosphate fertilizers, the total of abundance ratios of one or more of the solid solution of Ca(PO)-CaSiO, 5CaO.SiO.POand 7CaO.2SiO.POis 15 mass% or higher. Molten slag of 1,000-1,700°C having the above composition is cooled at 10°C/min or higher.
【課題】溶銑中のリンや製鋼スラグ中のリン酸等から酸化鉄を含むが、肥料効果の高いリン酸肥料原料とその製造方法の提供。【解決手段】CaO、SiO2、P2O5、及び、酸化鉄(Fe換算)を合計で60質量%以上含有し、CaOとSiO2の重量濃度比で表示する塩基度αが0.8〜2.0であり、P2O5を5質量%以上(−6α2+27α−6)質量%以下、酸化鉄をFe換算で5〜25質量%含有するリン酸肥料原料であって、前記リン酸肥料原料中、Ca3(PO4)2−Ca2SiO4固溶体、5CaO・SiO2・P2O5、及び、7CaO・2SiO2・P2O5の1種又は2種以上の存在比の合計が15質量%以上であることを特徴とするリン酸肥料原料。上記組成の、1000〜1700℃の溶融スラグを10℃/min以上で冷却する。【選択図】なし
