REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cast different types of concrete separately inside and outside of the plane on which reinforcing bars are arranged, without adversely affecting the stress conveyance between the reinforcing bars and concrete or limiting the applicable construction sites.SOLUTION: A reinforced concrete structure 1 of the present invention comprises a plurality of main reinforcements 2a arranged parallelly in the vertical direction and tie hoops 2b arranged parallelly around and orthogonally to the main reinforcements, both of which are embedded in concrete 5, 6. A net-like member 4 is arranged between the main reinforcements 2a, 2a, on the plane of reinforcing bar arrangement that includes the bar axes. The net-like member functions as partitioning means along with the main reinforcements 2a, 2a, for casting concrete 5, 6 separately. The net-like member 4 is made of a resin, and has a width that equals to the gap dimension between the main reinforcements 2a, 2a. The opening dimension is set to about 5 mm, for example, in order to unify the concrete 5, 6 while restricting its movement.
【課題】鉄筋とコンクリートとの応力伝達に影響を及ぼすことなく、かつ適用現場が限定されることなく、異種コンクリートを鉄筋配置面の内外で打ち分ける。【解決手段】本発明に係る鉄筋コンクリート構造1は、鉛直方向に並列配置された複数の主筋2aと、該主筋の周囲にかつ直交するように並列配置された帯筋2bとを、コンクリート5,6に埋設して構成してある。主筋2a,2aの間には、それらの材軸を含む配置面に網状部材4を配置してあり、該網状部材は、主筋2a,2aとともに、コンクリート5,6を打ち分けるための仕切り手段として機能する。網状部材4は、樹脂で形成してあるとともに、幅が主筋2a,2aのあき寸法と同等になるように構成してあり、コンクリート5,6の移動を制限しつつ、該コンクリートを一体化できるよう、目開き寸法を例えば5mm程度に設定してある。【選択図】 図1
