MANAGEMENT DEVICE OF FILLING TYPE STEEL PIPE CONCRETE COLUMN
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently fill concrete in a steel pipe.SOLUTION: A management device 20 comprises a depth sensor 30 for measuring a surface shape of the top end 14A of concrete 14 filled inside a steel pipe 12 and display means 50 provided on the outside of the steel pipe 12 and displaying the surface shape of the top end 14A measured by the depth sensor 30, and also comprises filling evaluation means 52 for evaluating quality of filling work on the basis of coincidence between the surface shape of the top end and a surface shape model of the top end 14A in normal fitting time of the concrete 14 and lifting control means 54 for controlling lifting means 26 so as to lift a case 38 for storing the depth sensor 30 on the inside of the steel pipe 12 so that a distance between the depth sensor 30 and the top end 14A becomes a predetermined value or more.
【課題】鋼管内へのコンクリート充填を効率的に行うこと。【解決手段】管理装置20は、鋼管12内部に充填されたコンクリート14の天端14Aの表面形状を測定する深度センサ30と、鋼管12外部に設けられ、深度センサ30で測定された天端14Aの表面形状を表示する表示手段50と、を備える。また、天端の表面形状とコンクリート14の正常充填時における天端14Aの表面形状モデルとの一致度に基づいて充填作業の品質を評価する充填評価手段52や、深度センサ30と天端14Aとの距離が所定値以上となるように深度センサ30が格納されたケース38を鋼管12内部で昇降させるよう昇降手段26を制御する昇降制御手段54を備える。【選択図】図1
