PARKING EQUIPMENT, FORK TYPE MULTISTORY PARKING EQUIPMENT AND UNLOADING METHOD FOR PARKED VEHICLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide parking equipment that allows a vehicle to be unloaded when power supply is interrupted, efficiently using power from a power storage device.SOLUTION: In the parking equipment, the weight of a balancing weight 18 is greater than the weight of a lift 12, and is less than the total weight of the lift 12 and a vehicle V loaded in the lift. When the power supply from a power source 31 is interrupted, a control part 35 manually or automatically switches from a normal loading/unloading operation mode to a power-interrupted unloading operation mode. In the power-interrupted unloading operation mode, the control part 35 carries out such a control that the power is received from a power storage device 32, and in order to unload the vehicle V in a parking chamber 20, a vacant lift 12 is lifted to a prescribed position by driving a driving motor 15 in a regenerative manner, the vehicle V is mounted from the parking chamber 20 into the vacant lift 12, then the lift 12 mounted with the vehicle is lowered by driving the driving motor 15 in a regenerative manner. The power storage device 32 is charged by regenerated power obtained by regenerative operation of the driving motor 15.
【課題】停電時において蓄電装置の電力を効率的に使用して、車両を出庫可能な駐車装置を提供する。【解決手段】駐車装置では、バランスウェイト18の重量が昇降リフト12の重量よりも重く、且つ、昇降リフト12と載置車両Vとの合計重量よりも軽い。電源31からの電力供給が切断された場合に制御部35が通常時入出庫運転モードを停電時出庫運転モードに手動式又は自動式に切り替える。停電時出庫運転モードでは、制御部35は、蓄電装置32から受電し、駐車室20の車両Vを出庫させるべく、駆動モータ15を回生運転させて空車状態の昇降リフト12を所定位置に上昇させ、駐車室20から車両Vを昇降リフト12に積載した後、駆動モータ15を回生運転させて車両積載状態の昇降リフト12を下降させるように制御し、駆動モータ15の回生運転による回生電力で蓄電装置32を充電する。【選択図】図3
