PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multistory type parking device which enables more efficient entering and leaving processing of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A multistory type parking device includes: a floor tray control part 18 for moving a tray after being lowered to a parking space floor from a lift device within the parking space floor; a power-saving time detection part 22 for determining whether or not an operation belongs to a classified form where power consumption is small among moving forms by the lift device; and a timing management part 24 for permitting movement of the tray within the parking space floor by the floor tray control part 18 when detecting the classified form where the power consumption is small by the power-saving time detection part 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
