PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the occurrence of inconvenience caused by abrasion, in a handle box having the torque limiter function.SOLUTION: Torque by operation of a winding handle is transmitted via a fluid joint 16. Thus, when the torque exceeds torque transmittable by viscous resistance, sliding is caused in the fluid joint 16, and the transmission of the torque is cut off. Thus, excessive torque can be prevented from being transmitted to a winding mechanism from the winding handle. Even if the sliding is caused in the fluid joint 16, since there is hardly abrade an apparatus for constituting the fluid joint 16 by this sliding, the occurrence of inconvenience caused by abrasion can be restrained.
【課題】 トルクリミッタ機能を備えるハンドルボックスにおいて、摩耗等を原因とする不具合の発生を抑制する。【解決手段】 巻取ハンドルの操作による回転力を流体継手１６を介して伝達する。これにより、当該回転力が粘性抵抗により伝達可能な回転力を越えると、流体継手１６内で滑りが発生して回転力の伝達が遮断される。このため、巻取ハンドルから巻取機構に過度な回転力が伝達されることを防止できる。そして、流体継手１６内で滑りが発生しても、この滑りによって流体継手１６を構成する機器が摩耗することは殆ど無いので、摩耗等を原因とする不具合が発生することを抑制できる。【選択図】 図４
