To disclose a handle box example with which operators can easily recognize the state of the lock mechanism.SOLUTION: In a handle box 10, when the lock mechanism is in an unlocked state, a face plate 11 may be in the notification position (see Figure 9), and when the lock mechanism 15 is in a locked state, the face plate 11 may be in the normal position (closed position).
