BEAM JOINING STRUCTURE AND BEAM JOINING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam joining structure that enables the work for connecting a steel beam to the side surface of a wooden beam to be performed efficiently.SOLUTION: Beam joint fittings 12 are fixed to the side surface of a wooden beam 2. The beam joint fittings have two overhang plates 12b protruded in an axial direction of a steel beam 3 to be joined. Holes penetrated in a web 3c of the steel beam are formed, and joint additional members 16 fitted in the holes and protruded on both sides of the web are fixed. Then, the portions with the joint additional members of the web fixed thereto are inserted between two overhang plates included in the beam joint fittings. The joint additional members have through-holes penetrating between both ends protruded. Bolts 14 are inserted in bolt holes 12d provided in the overhang plates and in the through-holes formed in joint additional members, and tightened by nuts 15. The joint additional members may be made by thick diameter bolts having the through-holes along the central axis and the nuts for the thick diameter bolts screwed thereto.
【課題】木製の梁の側面に鋼製の梁を接合する作業を効率よく行うことを可能とする。【解決手段】木製梁2の側面に梁接合金具12を固定する。梁接合金具は、接合される鋼製梁3の軸線方向に張り出した二つの張り出し板部12bを有する。鋼製梁のウェブ3cに貫通する孔を形成し、この孔内に嵌め入れて該ウェブの両側に突き出す接合付加部材16を固定する。そして、ウェブの接合付加部材が固定された部分を梁接合金具が備える二つの張り出し板部間に挿入する。接合付加部材は、突き出した両端間に貫通する貫通孔を有し、張り出し板部に設けられたボルト孔12d及び接合付加部材に形成された貫通孔にボルト14を挿通し、ナット15によって締め付ける。接合付加部材は、中心軸線に沿って貫通孔を有する太径ボルトと、これに螺合される太径ボルト用ナットとすることができる。【選択図】図2
