REPLACEMENT METHOD OF SEISMIC ISOLATION DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve improvement in safety against earthquakes and to achieve improvement in work efficiency and reduction in cost.SOLUTION: A replacement method of a seismic isolation device in which a plurality of seismic isolation devices provided between an upper structure and a lower structure are replaced from old seismic isolation devices to new seismic isolation devices includes: a jack-up step of jacking-up the upper structure; a gap material installation step of installing gap materials in gaps formed between one of the upper structure and the lower structure and each of the old seismic isolation devices respectively, and transmitting a load of the upper structure to the old seismic isolation devices; a replacement step of replacing the old seismic isolation devices with the new seismic isolation devices sequentially; and a jack-down step of removing all the gap materials, jacking-down the upper structure, and transmitting the load of the upper structure to all the new seismic isolation devices, after completing all the replacement.
【課題】地震に対する安全性の向上を図るとともに、作業効率の向上及びコストの低減を図る。【解決手段】上部構造体と下部構造体との間に設けられた複数の免震装置を、旧免震装置から新免震装置に交換する免震装置の交換方法であって、上部構造体をジャッキアップするジャッキアップ工程と、上部構造体又は下部構造体の一方と、各々の旧免震装置との間に形成された隙間にそれぞれ隙間材を設置し、上部構造体の荷重を旧免震装置に伝達させる隙間材設置工程と、旧免震装置を、順次、新免震装置と交換する交換工程と、全ての交換が完了した後、隙間材を全て撤去し、上部構造体をジャッキダウンして、上部構造体の荷重を全ての新免震装置に伝達させるジャッキダウン工程と、を有する。【選択図】図3
