SEISMIC ISOLATION DEVICE REPLACEMENT METHOD AND TEMPORARY SUPPORT DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismic isolation device replacement method and a temporary support device capable of curbing vibration of a structure due to an earthquake even when the same occurs while replacing a seismic isolation device and thereby safely executing replacement of the seismic isolation device.SOLUTION: A seismic isolation device replacement method comprises: a temporary installation process to temporarily layer a jack 1 which is extendable in a vertical direction on a temporary bearing 11 having a pair of upper and lower movable members which can be moved in a horizontal direction relative to each other in a space between an upper layer section C supported by an existing seismic isolation device IE and a lower layer section BD with the existing seismic isolation device IE placed thereon; an installation process to remove the existing seismic isolation device IE and to install a new seismic isolation device while supporting the upper layer section C by the temporary installed jack 1 and the temporary bearing 11 with the jack 1 extended; and a removal process to allow the new seismic isolation device to support the upper layer section C by contracting the jack 1 and then to remove the jack 1 and the temporary bearing 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】免震装置の交換中に地震が発生した場合でも、地震による構造物の振動を抑制でき、ひいては、当該交換を安全に行うことができる免震装置の交換方法及び仮設支持装置を提供する。【解決手段】交換方法は、既設の免震装置IEに支持された上層部Cと既設の免震装置IEが載置された下層部BDとの間に、上下方向に伸縮可能なジャッキ1と、水平方向に互いに相対変位可能な上下一対の可動部材を有する仮設支承11とを、互いに積層した状態で仮設する仮設工程と、仮設されたジャッキ1を伸長することによって、ジャッキ1及び仮設支承11に上層部Cを支持させ、その状態で、既設の免震装置IEを撤去するとともに、新規の免震装置を設置する設置工程と、ジャッキ1を短縮することによって、新規の免震装置に上層部Cを支持させた後、ジャッキ1及び仮設支承11を撤去する撤去工程と、を含む。【選択図】図1
