OPTICAL CONTROL MEMBER, AND WINDOW, BLIND, AND LIGHTING DEVICE USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient optical control member having high maximum transmittance and low minimum transmittance, and provide a window, a blind and a lighting device using the optical control member.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, an optical control member 10 includes: an optically transparent substrate 12 having a first surface 12a and a second surface 12b facing to each other; a plurality of prism lenses 14 that are formed on the first surface of the substrate and each composed of the prism or the lens; and optical films 16 that are provided on the second surface of the substrate while corresponding to the pattern of the plurality of prism lenses and have lower transmittance than the substrate.
【課題】最大透過率が高く最低透過率が低いメリハリの効いた光学制御部材、これを用いた窓、ブラインド、照明装置を提供する。【解決手段】実施形態によれば、光学制御部材10は、対向する第1表面12aおよび第2面12bを有し、光透過性を有する基材12と、基材の第1表面に形成され、それぞれプリズムあるいはレンズで構成された複数のプリズムレンズ14と、複数のプリズムレンズのパターンに対応して、基材の第2表面に設けられ、基材よりも低い透過率を有する光学膜16と、を備えている。【選択図】図2
