OPTICAL CONTROL MEMBER AND WINDOW, BLIND, ELECTRIC APPARATUS, AND LIGHTING DEVICE PROVIDED WITH THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical control member which is easy to clean, manufactured at a low cost, and has high light extraction efficiency and excellent light distribution controllability, and a window, a blind, an electric apparatus, and a lighting device.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, the optical control member comprises a base material 20 having a first surface 20a and a second surface 20b facing each other and having light permeability, a first light control layer 30 provided on the first surface of the base material, and a second light control layer 40 provided on the second surface of the base material and facing the first optical control layer. The first and second control layers have a plurality of first areas 30a and 40a and a plurality of second areas 30b and 40b that are formed by patterns that have mutual correspondence, the first areas having higher light permeability than the second areas, the surfaces of the second areas being configured with a rugged surface having irregularities and having light diffusion properties.
【課題】清掃がし易く、製造コストが低く、光取り出し効率も高い配光制御性に優れた光学制御部材および窓、ブラインド、電気機器、照明装置を提供する。【解決手段】実施形態によれば、光学制御部材は、対向する第1表面20aおよび第2表面20bを有し、光透過性を有する基材20と、基材の第1面に設けられた第1光制御層30と、基材の第2面に設けられ第1光制御層と対向する第2光制御層40と、を備えている。第1および第2光制御層は、互いに対応関係にあるパターンで形成された複数の第1領域30a、40aおよび複数の第2領域30b、40bを有し、第1領域は、第2領域に比べて光透過性が高い特性を有している。第2領域の表面は、凹凸を有する凹凸面で構成され、光拡散性を有する。【選択図】図5
