PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a document file capable of setting document inspection limitation in detail.SOLUTION: An inspection condition storage part 302 stores an inspection condition indicating at least any one of a user and an organization who have a document inspection authority. An authentication information acquisition part 301 acquires authentication information which is read from an IC card in a state that an electronic lock is locked, and delivers the authentication information to an authentication part 303. The authentication part 303 collates the authentication information and the inspection condition in the inspection condition storage part 302, and unlocks the electronic lock when the authentication information matches the inspection condition.
【課題】文書の閲覧制限を詳細に設定できる文書ファイルを得る。【解決手段】閲覧条件記憶部３０２は、文書の閲覧権限が認められるユーザ及び組織の少なくともいずれかが示される閲覧条件を記憶する。認証情報取得部３０１は、電子錠が施錠されている状態で、ＩＣカードから読み取られた認証情報を取得し、認証情報を認証部３０３に渡す。認証部３０３は、認証情報と閲覧条件記憶部３０２の閲覧条件とを照合し、認証情報が閲覧条件に合致する場合に、電子錠を開錠する。【選択図】図２
