INSOLUBILIZER AND INSOLUBILIZATION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insolubilizer which, in a soil and the like contaminated with lead, arsenic, and fluorine, can insolubilize all contaminants to or less than the standard of soil elution amount, can increase a cone index of the insolubilized soil to 400kN/mor more, and can neutralize pH of a surrounding environment such as ground water of the treated soil, and to provide an insolubilization method using the same.SOLUTION: The insolubilizer comprises 45 to 60 mass% of light-burned magnesium oxide and a sulfate compound constituted from aluminum sulfate (A) and ferrous sulfate (F) as the rest. In the sulfate compound, a mass ratio of aluminum sulfate to ferrous sulfate in terms of anhydrides, A/F, is 3.0 to 6.5. The insolubilization method comprises: addition of the insolubilizer to the soil in an amount of 30 to 200 kg per 1 mof the soil; and mixing the two to carry out insolubilization treatment of lead, arsenic, and fluorine contained in the soil.
【課題】鉛、砒素、フッ素の汚染土壌等を全て土壌溶出量基準以下に不溶化するとともに、不溶化処理土のコーン指数を400kN/m2以上に高めることができ、かつ地下水等の処理土の周辺環境のpHを中性とすることができる不溶化剤およびそれを用いた不溶化処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】軽焼酸化マグネシウム45〜60質量%と、残部に硫酸アルミニウム(A)と硫酸第一鉄(F)から構成される硫酸塩化合物を含み、前記硫酸塩化合物中の硫酸第一鉄に対する硫酸アルミニウムの無水物換算の質量比率(A/F)が3.0〜6.5である不溶化剤である。この不溶化剤を、土壌1m3に対して、30〜200kg/m3添加し、混合して、土壌に含まれる鉛、砒素、フッ素の不溶化処理する不溶化処理方法である。【選択図】なし
