FLUORINE INSOLUBILIZATION AGENT FOR STEEL SLAG
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine insolubilization agent for steel slag that enables the elution amount of fluorine from steel slag to be sufficiently reduced in a short period of time.SOLUTION: In a first embodiment, a fluorine insolubilization agent for steel slag is provided that comprises 20 to 90 mass% of a phosphorus compound and 10 to 80 mass% of gypsum (total 100 mass%). In a second embodiment, a fluorine insolubilization agent for steel slag is provided that is identical to the fluorine insolubilization agent in the first embodiment except that the phosphorus compound is calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate and hydroxylapatite, and the gypsum is hemihydrate gypsum and/or dihydrate gypsum.EFFECT: The fluorine insolubilization agent reduces the amount of fluorine eluted from a steel slag such as steelmaking slag and a blast furnace slag, which is used as roadbed material, aggregate for concrete, soil conditioner or the like, and, and is particularly effective in reducing the amount of fluorine eluted from the steelmaking slag.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】鉄鋼スラグからのフッ素の溶出量を短時間で且つ充分に低減することができる鉄鋼スラグ用フッ素不溶化剤を提供する。【解決手段】リン化合物を20〜90質量%及び石膏を10〜80質量%(合計100質量%)の割合で含有して成る製鋼用フッ素不溶化剤。リン化合物がリン酸水素カルシウム二水和物と水酸化アパタイトであり、石膏が半水石膏及び/又は二水石膏である鉄鋼スラグ用フッ素不溶化剤。【効果】前記フッ素不溶化剤は、路盤材、コンクリート用骨材、土壌改良材等として利用される高炉スラグや製鋼スラグのような鉄鋼スラグからのフッ素の溶出量を低減し、特に製鋼スラグからのフッ素の溶出量を低減する場合に効果の発現が高い。【選択図】なし
