BEAM THROUGH-HOLE REINFORCEMENT RING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam through-hole reinforcement material inexpensive and easy to set in a through-hole formed in a beam material.SOLUTION: A ring-shaped reinforcement member 4 installed in a web of a beam is formed in an external appearance truncated cone shape by being taken out of a steel plate by gas cutting, laser cutting or plasma cutting. A plurality of web receiving projections 6 are formed in a stairs shape in at least a part of an inclined face 5 of the ring-shaped reinforcement member 4. The inclined face 5 of the ring-shaped reinforcement member 4 is allowed to abut on an inner surface of a through-hole 2 formed in a beam material 1, and a part between a large diameter side peripheral surface of the ring-shape reinforcement member 4 and a surface of a web 3 of the beam material 1, is welded and fixed.
【課題】安価で、梁材に形成されている貫通孔へのセットが容易な梁貫通孔補強材を提供する。【解決手段】梁のウエブに装着するリング状補強部材4を鋼板からガス切断やレーザ切断、プラズマ切断などで切り出して外観円錐台状に形成する。リング状補強部材4の傾斜面5の少なくとも一部に複数のウエブ受け止め突起6を階段状に形成する。リング状補強部材4の傾斜面5を梁材1に形成された貫通孔2の内面に当接させ、リング状補強部材4の大径側周面と梁材1のウエブ3の表面との間を溶接固定する。【選択図】図1
