STRENGTHENING RING FOR THROUGH HOLE OF BEAM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strengthening ring easily set on a through hole (2) formed in a web (3) of a beam material (1), and capable of reducing an amount of a welding metal and surely strengthening the through hole with a necessary weld strength.SOLUTION: A ring-shaped strengthening member (4) for strengthening a through hole (2) formed in a beam material (1) of a steel structure building is formed having an external appearance of a truncated cone shape. A web receiving projection (6) in a stepped shape is formed on an inclined plane (5) of the ring-shaped strengthening member (4). A peripheral side plane (8) parallel to an axis center of the web receiving projection (6) is configured insertably to the through hole (2). A guide groove (10) defining a welding area is cut on the inclined plane (5) separated for a designed throat thickness diameter on a small diameter side from a small diameter side plane (9) of the web receiving projection (6).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】梁材(1)のウエブ(3)に形成されている貫通孔(2)へのセットが容易で、かつ溶接金属量の低減を図ることができ、必要な溶接強度で確実に補強できる補強リングを提供する。【解決手段】鋼構造建造物の梁材(1)に形成された貫通孔(2)を補強するリング状補強部材であって、リング状補強部材(4)を外観円錐台状に形成する。そのリング状補強部材(4)の傾斜面(5)に段状のウエブ受け止め突起(6)を形成しする。このウエブ受け止め突起(6)の軸心と平行をなす周側面(8)を前記貫通孔(2)に挿入可能に構成する。ウエブ受け止め突起(6)の小径側平面(9)から小径側に設計のど厚寸法離隔した傾斜面(5)上に溶接範囲ガイド溝(10)が刻設してある。【選択図】 図2
