METHOD FOR EXTENDING CASING SEGMENT IN MICRO PILE METHOD AND CONNECTION STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for extending a casing segment effective for enhancing the excavation efficiency of micro pile method and also the pull-out efficiency of casing segment.SOLUTION: A casing joint 22 of a hollow tubular shape is installed, the casing joint having an outer diameter smaller than that of a casing segment 14 and having a drill insertion hole 22A drilled through of a size that allows an excavation drill to move inside. A female screw 1402 is installed on an inner peripheral surface at an end in the longitudinal direction of the casing segment 14. The ends in the longitudinal direction of the casing segments 14 are connected by a male screw 2202 of the casing joint 22, the male screw being screwed to the female screw 1402 of the casing segment 14.
【課題】マイクロパイル工法で削孔効率を高める上で、また、ケーシングセグメントの引き抜き効率を高める上で有利なケーシングセグメントの継ぎ足し方法を提供する。【解決手段】中空円筒形を呈し外径がケーシングセグメント14の外径以下で、内部に削孔ドリルの移動を許容する大きさのドリル挿通孔22Aが通孔形成されたケーシング継手22を設ける。ケーシングセグメント14の長手方向の端部の内周面に雌ねじ1402を設ける。ケーシングセグメント14の長手方向の端部どうしは、ケーシングセグメント14の雌ねじ1402に、ケーシング継手22の雄ねじ2202が螺合されることで連結されている。【選択図】図3
