JOINT MEMBER OF CASING SEGMENT USED IN MICRO PILE METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint member of a casing segment used in a micro pile method that has an advantage in improving an efficiency of a process to pull out the casing segment.SOLUTION: A joint member 10 has a cylindrical body part 12 with an outer diameter larger than that of a casing segment. The body part 12 has a connection part 14 and a tooth part 16. The connection part 14, into which an end part of the casing segment is inserted and connected, is formed on an inner peripheral part of the body part 12. The connection part 14 has a female screw 1402 formed on the inner peripheral part of the body part 12. The female screw 1402 can screwed together with a male screw on the end part of the casing segment. The tooth part 16 is formed both ends of the joint member 10 in an axial direction and positioned outside in radial direction of the casing segment connected to the joint member 10, and shoves bored earth away during rotation of the casing segment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ケーシングセグメントの引き抜き工程の効率を高める上で有利なマイクロパイル工法で用いるケーシングセグメントの継手部材を提供する。【解決手段】継手部材10は、ケーシングセグメントの外径よりも大きな寸法の外径を有する筒状の本体部12を備える。本体部12は、連結部14と、歯部16とを備えている。連結部14は、本体部12の内周部に設けられ、ケーシングセグメントの端部が挿入され連結される箇所であり、連結部14は、本体部12の内周部に設けられた雌ねじ1402で構成されている。雌ねじ1402は、ケーシングセグメントの端部の雄ねじに螺合可能である。歯部16は、継手部材10の軸方向の両端に設けられ、継手部材10に連結されたケーシングセグメントの半径方向外側に位置し、ケーシングセグメントの回転時に掘削土を掻き分けるものである。【選択図】図1
