PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balcony structure and a house capable of imparting a proper opening feeling, while securing privacy.SOLUTION: A balcony structure 25 is adjacently arranged in a living room 23 as a semi-outdoor life space under a roof 3, and comprises outer walls 26 and 27 provided on the four-sides for forming a balcony space, and the four-side outer walls 26 and 27 comprise the living room side outer wall 26 facing to the living room 23 and the blind outer wall 27 facing to the outdoors. A part of the living room side outer wall 26 is formed with a doorway 26a used for going in and out to the balcony space and the living room 23, and a part of the blind outer wall 27 is formed with an opening part 27a for communicating the balcony space and the outdoors. Among the roof 3, a part of a place positioned above the balcony space, is formed with a blow-by part 30 opening upward by penetrating through the roof 3.
【課題】プライベートを確保しつつ、適度な開放感を与えることが可能なバルコニー構造および住宅を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】屋根３の下方に、半屋外的な生活空間として居室２３に隣接して配置されたバルコニー構造２５が、バルコニー空間を形成する四方に設けられた外壁２６，２７を備え、四方の外壁２６，２７は、居室２３に面する居室側外壁２６と、屋外に面する目隠し外壁２７と、を有する。居室側外壁２６の一部には、バルコニー空間と居室２３との出入りに用いられる出入口２６ａが形成され、目隠し外壁２７の一部には、バルコニー空間と屋外とを連通する開口部２７ａが形成されている。屋根３のうちバルコニー空間の上方に位置する箇所の一部には、当該屋根３を貫通し、かつ上方に向かって開口する吹抜部３０が形成されている。【選択図】図１
