The present invention relates to a balcony house which comprises: a 4bay (four rows)-shaped courtyard-shaped house (100) which comprises: a room (140) which is formed in a first row; a two-storied balcony (110) which is formed in a second row; and an empty space (130) which is formed in a fourth row; and a 4bay (four rows)-shaped front yard-shaped house (200) which comprises: a room (240) which is formed in a first row; a space (230) which is formed in a second row; and a two-storied balcony (210) which is formed in a fourth row. The balcony house of the present invention is assembled and made by putting the two-storied balcony (210) of the front yard-shaped house (200) in the empty space of the courtyard-shaped house (100) or putting the two-storied balcony (110) of the courtyard-shaped house (100) in the empty space (230) of the front yard-shaped house (200). The present invention aims to recover and develop a balcony space, which can contain spatial functions and meanings of a yard of a traditional house and to improve the residential environment quality.
본 발명은 첫번째 열에 형성된 방(140), 두번째 열에 형성된 복층형 발코니(110) 및 네번째 열에 형성된 빈 공간(130)을 포함하는 4bay (4개열) 형태의 안마당형 하우스(100);와 첫번째 열에 형성된 방(240), 두번째 열에 형성된 공간(230) 및 네번째 열에 형성된 복층형 발코니(210)를 포함하는 4bay (4개열) 형태의 앞마당형 하우스(200)를 포함하며, 상기 안마당형 하우스(100)의 빈공간(130)에 상기 앞마당형 하우스(200)의 복층형 발코니(210)가 놓여지거나 상기 앞마당형 하우스(200)의 빈공간(230)에 상기 안마당형 하우스(100)의 복층형 발코니(110)가 놓여져 조립되어 제작되는 발코니 하우스에 관한 것이다.
