PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ventilation equipment of a building capable of performing a preferable ventilation at a garret without arranging any ventilation device at the garret.SOLUTION: A collective housing 10 has a ground floor part 11 and a second floor part 12. The second floor part 12 has a plurality of second floor dwellings 16 arranged side-by-side. The second floor dwellings 16 comprise dwelling spaces 23 to 25 and a garret space 48 arranged above the dwelling spaces. The second floor dwellings 16 have ventilation devices 41 at the garret of a bath room 25. The ventilation device 41 has a discharging fan 46 in it. To the ventilation devices 41 are connected discharging ducts 42 communicated with the outdoor area. Upon actuation of the discharging fan 46, air in the bath room 25 is discharged out to the outside area through the discharging ducts 42. To the ventilation devices 41 are connected garret ducts 61 communicating with the garret space 48. Air in the garret space 48 is guided to the ventilation devices 41 through the garret ducts 61.
【課題】屋根裏に換気装置を設けなくても、屋根裏を好適に換気することができる建物の換気設備を提供する。【解決手段】集合住宅１０は一階部分１１と二階部分１２とを有しており、二階部分１２には複数の二階住戸１６が横並びに設けられている。二階住戸１６は、居住空間２３〜２５と、その上方に設けられた屋根裏空間４８とを備える。二階住戸１６には、浴室２５の天井裏に換気装置４１が設けられている。換気装置４１は、その内部に排気ファン４６を有する。換気装置４１には屋外に通じる排気ダクト４２が接続されており、排気ファン４６を作動させると浴室２５の空気が排気ダクト４２を通じて屋外に排出される。また、排気装置４１には、屋根裏空間４８に通じる屋根裏ダクト６１が接続されている。屋根裏空間４８の空気は屋根裏ダクト６１を通じて排気装置４１へ導かれる。【選択図】図２
