PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transport heat energy of a habitable room to a non-habitable space.SOLUTION: A building structure includes frist kind ventilation equipment 20 that has an air supply fan 21 for supplying air Ao of outside So to the inside of a building, and an exhaust fan 22 for discharging air Ai of the inside of the building to the outside So. The first kind ventilation equipment 20 has an air supply passage 23 for supplying the air Ai supplied from the air supply fan 21 to a habitable room 13. The exhaust fan 22 is provided only in at least one non-habitable space 14 selected from a group consisting of a toilet, a bathroom and a washroom.
【課題】居室の熱エネルギーを、非居室空間に搬送して利用しうる。【解決手段】屋外Soの空気Aoを建物内部に供給する給気ファン21と、建物内部の空気Aiを屋外Soに排出する排気ファン22とを有する第一種換気設備20を具えた建物の構造である。第一種換気設備20は、給気ファン21から供給される空気Aiを居室13に供給する給気経路23を有している。排気ファン22が、トイレ、浴室及び洗面室の群から選ばれる少なくとも一つの非居室空間14のみに設けられている。【選択図】図1
