COMPOSITE ADSORBING AND ABSORBING CHEMICAL SUBSTANCE AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite high in safety which can effectively adsorb and absorb harmful chemical substances in the environment without easily re-emission, and to provide a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A porous composite has macro-pores of pore diameters of 50 nm or greater, determined by measurement of a pore diameter distribution with the mercury press-in method and contains, in the macro-pores, an ingredient which reacts with a chemical substance to adsorb and absorb the chemical substance within the macro-pores. The reaction with the chemical substance is preferably a neutralization reaction or a chemical reaction, and the material having the ingredient is preferably a hydraulic lime. The porous composite is obtained by preparing a composite composition comprising a material having the ingredient which reacts with a chemical substance to adsorb and absorb the chemical substance within the macro-pore, aggregate and an aqueous solvent, and then forming the porous composite by using one or more means selected from application means of applying the composite composition onto an object and hardening, casting means of casting the composite composition on the object, blowing means of blowing the composite composition on the object and roller means of applying the composite composition onto the object with a roller.
【課題】環境中の有害化学物質を、容易に再放出させることなく効果的に吸着して吸収することができる安全性の高い複合体、及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】水銀圧入法による細孔径分布測定から求められる細孔径が50nm以上のマクロ孔を有し、そのマクロ孔内には、化学物質と反応して該化学物質を前記マクロ孔内に吸着し吸収させる成分を有する多孔性の複合体によって上記課題を解決する。このとき、化学物質との反応が、中和反応又は化学反応であることが好ましく、その成分を有する材料が、水硬性石灰であることが好ましい。こうした複合体は、化学物質と反応して該化学物質を前記マクロ孔内に吸着し吸収させる成分を有する材料と、骨材と、水系溶媒とを有する複合体組成物を準備し、該複合体組成物を対象物上に、塗り固め手段、流し込み手段、吹付手段、及びローラー手段から選ばれる1又は2以上の手段によって前記多孔性複合体を得る。【選択図】図1
