METHOD FOR PRODUCING NEUTRAL GROUT, METHOD FOR INJECTING NEUTRAL GROUT AND NEUTRAL GROUT INJECTION SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the mixing efficiency in the production of a neutral grout, and to improve the efficiency of the injection operation.SOLUTION: Using a duct line mixer 10 provided with: a mixed duct line 12 having an upstream side feed part 12i and a downstream side exhaust part 12e from which a mixture is exhausted; a rotary shaft 14 coaxially pivoted to the inside of the mixed duct line 12 and rotatively driven; a rotary feed port 14a provided at the outer face of the rotary shaft 14; and a stirring blade 14m provided at the outer face at least on the downstream side than the rotary feed port 14a, an A liquid including acid or its salt and water is fed from the upstream side feed part 12i into the mixed duct line 12, a B liquid including a magnesium-containing substance and water is fed from the rotary feed port 14a of the rotary driven rotary shaft 14, and stir mixing is performed with the stir blade 14m of the rotary driven rotary shaft 14 to produce a neutral grout 50.
【課題】中性グラウトの製造における混合効率を高め、注入作業能率の向上を図る。【解決手段】上流側供給部12iおよび混合物が排出される下流側排出部12eを有する混合管路12と、この混合管路12内に同軸的に軸支され、回転駆動される回転軸14と、回転軸14の外面に設けられた回転供給口14aと、回転軸14における、少なくとも回転供給口14aより下流側の外面に設けられた攪拌翼14mと、を備えた管路ミキサ10を用い、上流側供給部12iから混合管路12内に酸若しくはその塩、及び水を含むA液を供給し、回転駆動される回転軸14の回転供給口14aからマグネシウム含有物質及び水を含むB液を供給し、回転駆動される回転軸14の攪拌翼14mにより攪拌混合することにより、中性グラウト50を製造する。【選択図】図1
