GROUT INJECTOR AND METHOD FOR INJECTING GROUT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grout injector which can inject grout in a sleeve easily and which can be repetitively used many times by filling again even if filled grout runs out; and a method for injecting grout.SOLUTION: A grout injector 1 is used for injecting grout in a sleeve 2 provided with a grout injection port 2a and fixing reinforcements 31 and 32 inserted in the sleeve 2 to the sleeve 2, and comprises a nozzle 11 that is inserted in the injection port 2a and that injects grout into the sleeve 2, a storage part 12 that is attached to a base end part 111 of the nozzle 11 and which has an opening 12b for grout filling provided in one end side and that stores grout, and a squeezing tool 13 that openably closes the opening 12b of the storage part 12 and that supplies grout to the sleeve 2 from the nozzle 11 by squeezing the storage part 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】容易にスリーブ内にグラウトを注入することができると共に、充填したグラウトがなくなっても、再度充填することで繰り返し何度も使用することができるグラウト注入器及びグラウトの注入方法を提供する。【解決手段】グラウト注入器１は、グラウトの注入口２ａが設けられたスリーブ２内にグラウトを注入し、スリーブ２内に挿入された鉄筋３１、３２とスリーブ２とを固着させるために用いられるものであって、注入口２ａに挿し込まれると共に、スリーブ２内にグラウトを注入するノズル１１と、ノズル１１の基端部１１１に取り付けられると共に、グラウトを充填するための開口部１２ｂが一端側に設けられ、グラウトを収容する収容部１２と、収容部１２の開口部１２ｂを開閉自在に閉じると共に、収容部１２を絞り上げてノズル１１からスリーブ２内にグラウトを送り出す絞り具１３とを有する。【選択図】図１
