BUILDING UNIT, UNIT TYPE BUILDING AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF BUILDING UNIT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building unit, a unit type building and a manufacturing method of the building unit, capable of easily omitting a column when constructing the unit type building.SOLUTION: A building unit 30 comprises a main frame 30a having a long side, a short side and an oblique side, and formed in a right-angled triangle in a plan view. The main frame 30a comprises three columns 31 respectively arranged in a corner part, a plurality of ceiling beams 32a, 32b and 32c for connecting upper end parts of the three columns 31 and a plurality of floor beams 35a and 35b for connecting lower end parts of the three columns 31. The plurality of ceiling beams 32a, 32b and 32c are positioned on the long side, the short side and the oblique side of the main frame 30a, and the plurality of floor beams 35a and 35b are positioned on the long side and the short side of the main frame 30a.
【課題】ユニット式建物を構築するに当たって容易に柱を省略することが可能な建物ユニットおよびユニット式建物、建物ユニットの製造方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】建物ユニット３０が、長辺と短辺と斜辺とを有する平面視直角三角形状に形成されたメインフレーム３０ａを備え、メインフレーム３０ａが、隅部にそれぞれ配置される三本の柱３１と、三本の柱３１の上端部を連結する複数の天井梁３２ａ，３２ｂ，３２ｃと、三本の柱３１の下端部を連結する複数の床梁３５ａ，３５ｂと、を有する。そして、複数の天井梁３２ａ，３２ｂ，３２ｃはメインフレーム３０ａの長辺と短辺と斜辺に位置し、複数の床梁３５ａ，３５ｂはメインフレーム３０ａの長辺と短辺に位置する。【選択図】図１
