BUILDING UNIT AND UNIT TYPE BUILDING
To provide a building unit and a unit type building capable of loosening the restriction concerning the arrangement of opening portions, as well as suppressing deflection of a floor beam.SOLUTION: Stairs 19 are installed in building units 20A, 20B constituting a unit type building. The stair 19 has an upper stair portion 77 and a lower stair portion 78, each of the stair portions 77, 78 has a plurality of footboards and footboard support portions 91, 92 for supporting the footboards. In the building units 20A, 20B, a center pillar 41 is connected to a ceiling girder 22 and a floor girder 23 facing vertically, and a center pillar 42 is connected to a ceiling small beam 36 and a floor small beam 31 (74) facing vertically. The footboard support portion 91 of the upper stair portion 77 is fixed at its upper end to a ceiling small beam 25a and is fixed at its lower end to each of the center pillars 41, 42. In addition, the footboard support portion 92 of the lower stair portion 78 is fixed at its upper end to the center pillar 41, and is fixed at its lower end on a floor portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】床梁のたわみを抑制することができるとともに、開口部の配置に関する制約を緩和することができる建物ユニット及びユニット式建物を提供する。【解決手段】ユニット式建物を構成する建物ユニット２０Ａ，２０Ｂには階段１９が設置されている。階段１９は、上側階段部７７及び下側階段部７８を備え、それら各階段部７７，７８は複数の踏み板と、それら踏み板を支持する踏み板支持部９１，９２とを有している。建物ユニット２０Ａ，２０Ｂには、上下に対向する天井大梁２２及び床大梁２３に中柱４１が連結され、上下に対向する天井小梁３６及び床小梁３１（７４）に中柱４２が連結されている。上側階段部７７の踏み板支持部９１は、その上端側が天井小梁２５ａに固定され、その下端側が各中柱４１，４２に固定されている。また、下側階段部７８の踏み板支持部９２は、その上端側が中柱４１に固定され、その下端側が床部上に固定されている。【選択図】図３
