FRAME MEMBER FOR INSPECTION PORT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame member for an inspection port capable of smoothly opening-closing a cover member by restraining looseness when rotating an inner frame in relation to an outer frame.SOLUTION: A frame member (1) for an inspection port is constituted so that in a blocking-up state (C1), an inner peripheral surface (31) of a curved projection part (30) supports a curved end surface (51) of a curved groove (50), and a tip surface (33) of the curved projection part (30) is positioned on the opening part (54) side separated from a blocking-up surface (53) of the curved groove (50), and when an inner frame (4A) rotates in relation to an outer frame (2), while the inner peripheral surface (31) is maintaining a state of supporting the curved end surface (51), the curved projection part (30) relatively moves to the curved groove (50) in the curved groove (50), and even in a full opening state (C4) in which a rotation angle (θ) of the inner frame (4A) to the outer frame (2) reaches a predetermined angle, the inner peripheral surface (31) supports the curved end surface (51).
【課題】内枠を外枠に対して回動させるときのがたつきを抑制して蓋部材をスムーズに開閉することができる点検口用枠部材を提供する。【解決手段】点検口用枠部材(1)は、閉塞状態(C1)では、湾曲凸部(30)の内周面(31)が湾曲溝(50)の湾曲端面(51)を支持し、湾曲凸部(30)の先端面(33)が湾曲溝(50)の閉塞面(53)から離れた開口部(54)側に位置し、内枠(4A)が外枠(2)に対して回動するときには、内周面(31)が湾曲端面(51)を支持した状態を維持しながら湾曲凸部(30)が湾曲溝(50)内を湾曲溝(50)に対して相対移動し、外枠(2)に対する内枠(4A)の回動角度(θ)が所定角度まで回動した全開状態(C4)においても、内周面(31)が湾曲端面(51)を支持するように構成されている。【選択図】図6
